Tell us
what you wanted

to be growing up ,
and why?
My role in Wrench happened organically. I don’t think I had any clear career in mind while I was growing up, but I was always someone who was meticulous and process-driven and I did pay lot of attention to detail. So a career in Quality Management made sense. As I got educated on the options a role like Chief Quality Officer started looking very interesting to me.
How does
Wrench’s culture
impact you,
professionally and
personally?
and personally?
I would say the working culture at Wrench has inspired me to constantly try to improve myself and my mindset. Here I am constantly being pushed – in a positive way – to increase my productivity and also being at Wrench has taught me the importance of maintaining a positive outlook at all times, which didn’t necessarily come naturally to me before. I have seen that having a positive mindset can go a long way.
What
satisfies
you about working here?
you about working here?
Without doubt, the customer success stories. When I hear good feedback from our customers it’s a really good feeling and when you add to that the knowledge that I and my team were involved in a customer’s success in some way it’s a feeling like no other.
Has there been a
time you were faced
with a challenge
you found difficult to
overcome? Tell us
about that?
There were many but the one that immediately comes to mind is this: we tried using an automated tool during a product acceptance exercise, and that turned out to be quite challenging! But on the whole it also turned out as a great learning experience.

Mainly, I watch movies.

Any words of
wisdom or
message for the world?
Team work is the key to success. But to work as a team, you can never allow your ego to overpower you or politics to enter the team. “Work as One and success is yours.”
