When adding comments via applications like Adobe Reader, a user may open the file in Reader and mark comments but will need to manually select the commented file and attach it to the document and the chances of selecting and attaching the wrong file are quite high. This is compounded by the fact that due to security reasons, web browsers are denied access to local files stored on the user’s computer. SmartProject solves this by providing the option to download files (for commenting) to known locations in the cloud. This way, the files can be attached back to the document after commenting without users having to select them manually.
