Project planning and schedule management of the upcoming projects across Ranchi, Metro and RE in all division of Jakson.

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

Scope of the Work:

Implementing Wrench SmartProject Project Management Information System (PMIS) to manage and monitor EPC Deliverables across their project life cycles. It covers the following:

– Schedule Management: Manage schedules for Jakson across multiple ongoing projects, including Ranchi, Metro, and Renewable Energy (RE) projects.

– Project Planning: Utilise Wrench for planning all upcoming projects across all Jakson divisions, including RE, Solar, Metro, and Substation projects.

– Issue, Risk, and Meeting Tracking: Capture and track all site issues, risks, and meetings within Wrench.

– Dashboards and Reports: Create and fetch all project dashboards and reports using Wrench.

– Delay Notifications: Trigger daily notifications for any delays in any module.

– Procurement and EDMS Tracking: Track procurement and Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Smart folders.

– Cost Module Implementation: Implement the cost module for comprehensive cost management.
