Business Benefits:
Implementing Wrench SmartProject at ACME has provided numerous business benefits. By establishing a Common Data Environment (CDE), we introduced an efficient document management platform that was previously non-existent. Intercommunication between vendors, consultants, and ACME now occurs seamlessly through Wrench transmittals instead of emails, enhancing collaboration and reducing communication delays. Workflow and reporting features have improved tracking and project scheduling, while all project-related documents are now accessible online to the entire team through Smart Project. The internal document review process, previously managed via Outlook with no delay tracking, has been fully digitalized with Wrench’s workflow implementation, ensuring timely reviews and accountability. Additionally, ACME administrators are now able to effectively monitor the progress of multiple projects simultaneously, significantly enhancing project oversight and management.
