I have a dual role; I manage the Customer Support Department and the Corporate Planning Department.
Errr…please allow me to keep that to myself if you don’t mind
This may sound like a cliche but it’s true: here at Wrench we work like a family. Also, I like the “never say die” attitude I see in all the people working here.
When I joined Wrench, it was a really small company. And now obviously, we’ve made some good progress – just look at the heights we’ve reached! If I can give a technical example: I see our progress like an S-Curve. I’m so proud to be able to say that I was part of the company during the lower part of the Scurve ie during the initial phases. And I’m equally proud to be part of the growth phase now.
Oh, many. There was the time I took over a brand-new Support Department. It was a difficult task to make the Department a process oriented one but since I had a team compromised of mostly energetic freshers who were ready to change and accept processes I was able to mould the team the required way. I would like to mention the freedom and support that my senior management gave me in this initiative.
Another time, I was asked to temporarily take up the additional responsibility of managing the Planning Department. It was a difficult phase, for a variety of reasons, but thanks to a lot of support I was able to manage.
I’m extremely proud of helping to build up WRENCH SmartProject (the product) and WRENCH (as a brand).
Spending time with my family, music, cycling.
