I am a Senior Manager in the Product Engineering Team, focussing on Mobile Apps. I coordinate the team and I’m also responsible for managing interdepartmental coordination when required.
The very first time I saw a computer I was eager to know what it was and what it does and how it works – and from that day my dream was to become a Computer Engineer.
Working at Wrench has taught me how to be a good team player.
Wrench is an organization that has grown to great heights because of hard work and dedication. There are no shortcuts here. We learn and grow together as a team. I greatly appreciate this aspect of our culture here.
Introducing the project module in our CPD product was close to impossible for me. But we took it one step at a time and completed it successfully.
Very supportive! People here recognize your hidden talents almost before you do and they constantly motivate you to take on huge leaps and responsibilities. Even if there is a failure, we are given the chance to correct ourselves and move forward. This is one of the hallmarks of Wrench culture that I’ve witnessed many times over the years. It makes working here an extremely rewarding experience.
Having conversations with friends is my go-to stress-buster move.
I enjoy cooking and travelling.
A recent task I can remember is rewriting the desktop explorer on the launch page which was actually quite a challenging one, and I’m proud that I was able successfully to complete it with a minimum number of bugs – while resolving various other existing related issues.
Team work is the key to success. But to work as a team, you can never allow your ego to overpower you or politics to enter the team. “Work as One and success is yours.”
