Schedule and Progress Monitoring
Enables planning activities to the last level and provides a To-Do-List to each user that will help the user see the impact of the delay on the package or project. Getting accurate milestone status and progress helps prevent delays by taking early corrective and preventive action by reforecasting the schedule based on the catch-up plan.
Cost and Cashflow Management
Define the cost breakdown structure and capture planned versus actual expenses obtained through integration with the ERP system. Capture billing schedules and subcontractor payment terms to establish cash flow. Track dependent milestones and notify of cash flow impacts due to delays.
Performance Dashboard
Dashboards provide real-time updates on project parameters such as EHS, Quality, Risk, and Cost. Visualize project progress in 4D/5D and view cumulative S-Curves. Access drill-down reports to track project progress down to the last detail.
Quality Management
Ensure the implementation of the ‘Project Quality Plan’ agreed upon with clients by all stakeholders. Facilitate online schedule and deliverable management with proactive corrective and preventive measures based on real-time dashboards to avoid delays.
Risk Management
Assess and mitigate risks, plotting them based on occurrence and impact, creating a risk heat map considering likelihood and impact.
Field HSE/Quality Management
Manage checklists, permits, and inspection reports, collecting real-time data for publishing dashboards and reports. Register observations and non-conformances related to HSE and quality in the system using a laptop or mobile application, assign them to the relevant vendor, and track them for closure.
Snagging and Closeout
Capture snags with pictures from the site using mobile devices with GPS location. Automate the generation of the snag list and facilitate its routing for corrective action. Assign the snags to the respective stakeholder and track the corrective action taken with photo evidence using mobiles and notify the concerned person for verification and snag closure.
