Candidate Requirement:

We are seeking fresh MBA graduates (Systems/Operations) with Engineering background who has a passion to build their career as a Business Analyst. Must have a critical thinking and problem-solving mentality with excellent communication skills and some fundamental knowledge on software languages.

Job Role:

The individual acts as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, by identifying the client business requirement, making critical analysis of the requirement, determining whether it is feasible to deliver in the product and communicating the requirement to the Technology team for building the new feature or product.

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Wish list planning and Build Scheduling based on business requirements from both internal and external customers.
✅ Create a detailed specification for Product understanding of the requirements (Use cases, Flow diagrams, Scenarios, Acceptance Test cases) to effectively communicate current and future business processes to the development team.
✅ Work with the development team on prototyping to provide proof of concept of proposed solutions.
✅ Provide the development team with functional inputs through the development lifecycle to validate customer need is met.
✅ Competitor analysis and customer need analysis to keep the module features updated.
✅ Write and Publish customer stories and recommended usage of features to help product.
