Scope Definition: Define scope of implementation based on preliminary study to meet client’s specific needs.

Business Process Optimisations: Study client’s business processes to drive effective implementation.

Documentation: Create implementation documents such as scope, schedule, configuration, Acceptance Test Procedures(ATP), etc.

Project Milestones: Define and drive timely achievement of project milestones according to agreed schedule.

Quality Assurance: Maintain highest quality standards in service delivery, ensuring optimal performance and successful go live.

Implementation and Demonstration: Implement business processes and demonstrate the solution to ensure seamless operation.

Qualifications:

► Graduates or Post-graduates from core engineering streams only (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).

► Hands-on experience in site management, planning and project control etc. within the construction industry.

► Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

► Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

► Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

► Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
