Managing Delivery Plans Streamlined
Managing Delivery Plans Streamlined
In typical construction projects, project schedules are created with a high degree of planning. For each of these schedules, the deliverables are created separately by the people who work on the deliverables. The deliverable plan is to be in synchronize with the corresponding schedules (all deliverables linked to a schedule must be completed within the schedule’s plan).
In SmartProject when deliverables are linked to schedules, the plan dates of the schedules are not updated with the deliverables. Planners need to update each deliverable separately with planned dates which are time-consuming and error prone. To address this, now the scheduled task’s plan dates can be automatically updated to all linked deliverables by default so that the planners can modify the schedule dates where required.
