TARGET offices exchange a lot of information on a daily basis both internally and externally with their consultants and vendors and had been finding it challenging to manage quality, with many issues and delays during the exchange of drawings, documents, and correspondence. After evaluating various project-related collaboration and EDMS solutions they identified WRENCH as the most suitable, as it has industry best practices already built-in. The system will provide online access to all project stakeholders on all engineering documents, which will be created, shared, modified and archived within the system. One of the features of SMARTPROJECT is that it comes in various levels, all cloud-based, and therefore can be initially implemented just as a document or quality management system and scaled up into a full-feature project control/collaboration system when required. WRENCH SMARTPROJECT will replace TARGET’s existing work sharing methods (like emails, hardcopies, manual audits and monitoring) across all upcoming large scale projects.
