Benefits:
Wrench SmartProject empowers a streamlined approach to project management by automating many of the tasks that traditionally burden project managers. SmartProject helps avoid the hassles of repeated follow-ups for progress updates, eliminates the need for manual Excel or PowerPoint reports, and reduces the volume of project-related emails. It provides tools to automatically push the team to update project information regularly, thus preventing delays from being identified only after the planned finish. SmartProject stores all project-related documents in a centralized, easily accessible location, ensuring that resources are available when needed. It simplifies the management of project and team activities, making the process less hectic for project managers. The Wrench platform allows for automated monitoring of project progress, with real-time updates against the schedule, and offers features to optimize delays and ensure timely project completion. Additionally, it helps in managing vendor and contractor scopes, developing catch-up plans, and reforecasting to avoid delays and cost losses.
