Meghalayan Age Limited sought a comprehensive Project Management Information System (PMIS) to effectively track and monitor infrastructure development within the tourism sector. This includes planning and implementing six high-value projects focused on enhancing tourist accommodation and infrastructure. The projects involve developing five accommodation units with a total capacity of 148 rooms, including high-value tourist accommodations and associated facilities at six tourist sites, as well as 78-room rural accommodation units with supporting infrastructure across seven villages to promote ecotourism. Additionally, the scope includes constructing 114 kilometers of connecting roads and the Shillong viewpoint ropeway project, featuring a 0.95-kilometer ropeway.
